September 27 : Shakhar Ghimire has been appointed president of Association of Pharmaceuticals Producers of Nepal (APPON) on Saturday. The 21st Annual General Meeting of AAPON elected Ghimire and executive committee which will have a tenure of two years. The meeting also elected Dipak Dahal, Sushil Mittal, Dipak Pradhan, Prajwal Jung Pandey as Senior Vice-president, Vice- president, General Secretary, and Treasurer of the association respectively. 

Similarly, Bijay Raj Shakhya, Prabhat Rungata, Sudhir Prakash Maskey, Dipendra Pradhan, and Prithvi Raj Bhandari executive committee members.
