Enterprise’s Business Accelerator Programme Concludes

November 17: Enterprise, a business accelerator, has successfully completed its third batch of the accelerator programme on November 15. Issuing a press statement, Enterprise claimed itself to be the first business accelerator of its kind operated by the private sector in Nepal.

It seeks to mentor newly set up Nepali companies to build better products, raise funds, and move to the next level of business growth, the statement said.

“In essence, Enterprise aims to become the vital link between the various stakeholders of the Nepali entrepreneurial ecosystem,” reads the statement.

The company claimed that the third edition of the accelerator programme gathered huge interest from over 1028 companies, out of which five carefully selected companies were given the opportunity to be a part of the program.

Eminence Ways Pvt Ltd, Bhoomi Food Products, Customized Furniture, Source Code Pvt Ltd and The Physique Workshop were the companies that were selected for the 12 weeks mentorship programme.

The company said that the participants got an opportunity to work with some of the industry experts in the country to reassess their business models, re-align their vision and objectives, plan their finances, get legal consultation, and ultimately, develop internal resources to target a high level of growth.

This programme has been initiated by Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) in partnership with Ronnie K Irani Centre for Creation of Economic Wealth (CCEW) at the University of Oklahoma and is managed and funded by True North Associates, a venture capital/private equity firm based in Nepal.

For the third edition of the programme, Enterprise partnered with various organizations, namely Shikhar Insurance Company Ltd, NMB Bank Ltd, Jaguar Investments Pvt Ltd, iCapital Pvt Ltd, ACT 360 Pvt Ltd, Onion Films Pvt Ltd, and Emazing Pvt Ltd.
