JCB Division, a sole distributor of JCB construction and heavy equipment, organized an “Operator Meet” in Pokhara on 16 Asar. “The main objective behind this event was to educate and update operators about proactive maintenance,” said Marketing Manager of JCB Division. He added, “This type of training is beneficial to operators and machine owners’ as well.”

Operators were educated and made aware about operating machine safely and trouble-free due to which they can increase the life of machine. In addition to above, they were educated about the care of machine in order to minimize the unforeseen breakdowns arising in future.

Besides that, benefits of using genuine parts against spurious parts were also shared. During the program, operators were facilitated with free health checkup by professional doctors. As per the participants, this was the first time they had attended such program in Pokhara and they were highly benefited from the program and also requested MAW to continue this type of programs in nthe ear future as well.

M.A.W. Enterprises Pvt Ltd took the dealership of JCB from 2003. JCB is located in Dhobighat, Lalipur and employs around 100 people with more than 50 per cent market share in Construction and Heavy Equipment Industry in Nepal.
