Prudential Finance Company Limited and Gorkha Finance Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to get merged. Prudential Finance Company’s chairman Bhuvan Dev Pant and Gorkha Finance’s Chairman Manoranjan Raman Sharma signed the MoU. The finance companies have planned to conclude the merger procedure by mid-January 2013.
