Muktinath Development Bank Provides Financial Assistance to KU for Green Hydrogen Energy Research

May 6: Muktinath Development Bank has partnered with Kathmandu University for the research of green hydrogen energy with the objective of contributing to the sustainable development of this sector.

Issuing a statement, the bank said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with KU to provide financial assistance for research to the Green Hydrogen Lab of the university.

The signing ceremony was attended by CEO of Muktinath Development Bank Pradhyuman Pokharel, Vice Chancellor of KU Dr Bhola Thapa, chief of the Green Hydrogen Lab Dr Biraj Singh Thapa and other officials of the bank and the university.

The Green Hydrogen Lab will conduct research on green hydrogen for thermal heat with the funding from the bank.

The bank expressed its belief that this initiative would help sustainable development of Nepal in the long run.
