Indian Food Festival kicks off at Soaltee Hotel

July 17: The Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu has inaugurated the Indian Food Festival at its Garden Terrace Restaurant on July 15.

The hotel is hosting the Indian Food Festival in collaboration with CD Foundation India, at the all-day dining restaurant – Garden Terrace – from 15th to 24th July, 2022. 

Soaltee Hotel said in a statement that it aims to offer food connoisseur the best of Indian cuisine through the food festival.

The Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu brings culinary novelties from unexplored cuisines of India along with the expertise of Executive Chef of Soaltee Kathmandu-Agnimitra Sharma, reads the statement.

According to the hotel, the cuisines will be jointly curated along with the guest chefs from Trident Hyderabad Rohit Kumar and Nirmal Manna, the statement added.

Likewise, Pratikshya Basnet, executive manager of the hotel, shared that the food lovers can experience Indian cuisine “like never before”.

“In is the most authentic form and taste, yet with a touch of contemporary finish and presentation in the food festival,” said Basnet. 

Indian cuisine has evolved to its current prominence over many centuries and is influenced by the several invasions and trade partnerships with other cultures, the hotel further said.

“It is a true melting pot of diverse culinary practices; The Soaltee Hotel Kathmandu dipped into this melting pot and assembled an array of exotic and exiting 

menu items,” the statement reads.

Individuals can enjoy this culinary delight with buffet and option of A la Carte Special in an ambience of live music performance for dinner every evening until 24th July 2022 from 7 pm – 10:45 pm, the hotel said.
