ISC regional conference participants

Qatar Airways concluded its two days Regional Conference at Soaltee Crown Plaza in Kathmandu for the first time. The two days event was attended by participants from seven countries. Qatar Airways have been hosting international events for many years now, and this is the first time ever that they have hosted a conference in Nepal. It shows that Qatar Airways supports Nepal Tourism and also opened up an opportunity for Nepal to hold such big business events in the future.

With a theme of “Own the Business”, participants from senior executives and country managers to commercial and sales managers attended the conference. The participants discussed the regional opportunities, challenges and developed strategies for the region to reach new heights to the 5-star carrier. The two days conference was combined with a team building exercise on the second day.

Qatar Airways operates 4 flights daily and 28 flights weekly from Kathmandu to Doha. In this context, Nepal seemed to be a promising destination for the business conference and workshop besides being an ideal tourist destination.
