The discussions also covered the increasing number of star-rated hotels in Nepal, the growing influx of Indian and Chinese tourists, and the challenges posed by the outflow of the labor force to foreign employment. Speakers stressed the need for coordinated efforts by the government and private sector to enhance workforce capacity and productivity in this context.
