IDEA 2018 Concludes

April 9: Riya Sthapit bagged the title of Berger Spaces Interior Design Excellence Award (IDEA) 2018 in the students’ category amid a function in the capital on April 5. According to the organisers Berger Jenson and Nicholson, a flagship paint manufacturer, and Spaces Magazine, Sneha Shrestha was declared the runner up while Sarina Shilpakar secured the third position in the award ceremony organised to recognize the creativity of students and professionals who are passionate about interior design in Nepal.

In the professional section, interior designer Vidisha Kasera won the first prize in the residential category for her project ‘Mediciti Homes’ and architect Varun SJB Rana swept away the commercial category award for his project ‘Baber Mahal Vilas’.

Special guest for the event Miss Nepal Shrinkhala Khatiwada and chief guest Shanker Nath Rimal presented the awards to the winners at Hotel Annapurna.
