April 8: United Cement of KL Dugar Group in collaboration with Dhunibesi Municipality of Dhading district recently conducted a free health camp on the school premises of Buddha Vision Academy in Tile Ghar, Dhading.

United Cement said it conducted the one-day health camp with the motive of making health check-up easily accessible for all the people.

A total of 550 individuals benefitted from the health camp conducted by 15 health officials.  The health camp mainly focused on diseases related with eyes and skin.    

Binod Kumar Neupane, representative of United Cement, said that the company conducted the health camp under its corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The company said in a statement it had earlier provided the municipality with financial assistance for an ambulance and also distributed stationery items at various public schools.
