SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAITS:

  • Collect and analyze information to write news stories and activities for the publication including the website.
  • Gather and verify factual information regarding news through interview, observation and research.
  • Organize materials and write story according to the prescribed editorial policy format and standards.
  • Co-ordinate with the designers to place the news and article in the correct page.
  • Upgrade personal knowledge, skill and competencies.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Journalism field.
  • Good understanding of business/economic issues.
  • Excellent command over English language.
