Global IME Bank Conducts Financial Literacy Programme

March 10: Global IME Bank Limited held financial literacy programme by identifying various groups beyond the financial reach simultaneously through 41 branches.

Participants in the program included farmers, small and medium entrepreneurs, laborers, prospective migrants, students, women, recipients of remittances, and local youths.

The program provided information on savings, loans, remittances, digital banking, insurance, investment, additional banking services, financial fraud, and financial discipline to more than 5,000 individuals.

The bank conducted the program in various districts, such as Jhapa, Morang, Sarlahi, Lalitpur, Ramechhap, Kathmandu, Dhading, Rasuwa, Syangja, Nawalparasi, Lamjung, Tanahu, Kapilvastu, Dang, Gulmi, Palpa, Rolpa, Rupandehi, Arghakhanchi, Baitadi, and Dadeldhura.
