INA Center Launches New Limited Edition Clive Christian Perfumes

INA Center, a premium perfume store, has unveiled the limited edition fragrances - Timeless & Contemporary- of Clive Christian in the Nepali market.

Clive Christian commemorated its 150th anniversary with the launch of two fragrances, Timeless and Contemporary last year, honouring the 1872 establishment of Crown Perfumery. INA Center founder, Uddhab Bartaula, shares that the limited-edition perfumes celebrate Clive Christian's rich perfumery heritage dating back to Victorian England. The new fragrances pay tribute to Clive Christian's principles of creativity, craftsmanship, concentration, complexity, and use of premium ingredients, reflecting the company's reputation for producing the world's finest perfumes, he added.

The limited-edition fragrances come in signature green bottles with silver ornamentation reminiscent of Crown Perfumery's antique Lavender Salts bottles. Every bottle features a crown symbolising Queen Victoria, the company's patron. Timeless & Contemporary expresses not only the brand’s heritage but also celebrates its prestigious status as a leading perfume house loved globally for creating the world’s finest perfumes, shared Bartaula. Reminiscent of a prestigious perfume past spanning 150 years, these perfumes are an ode to the art of true perfumery: a strand of history from the past reaching into the future, he added.

According to Bartaula, Timeless is a modern interpretation of a classic Victorian cologne - a refreshing perfume alive with sparks of ginger, sparkling lime and classic English lavender, a warm base of musk, amber and leather grounds this perfume close to the skin. Similarly, Contemporary is a feat in elegance with a juxtaposition of cool geranium and violet, juicy hedgerow berries alongside warm nutmeg, black pepper, aromatic cedarwood and a bracing single malt; earthy moss gives a pleasing finish.

Clive Christian is a luxury British perfume house that creates the world's finest perfumes. According to Bartaula, the brand’s predecessor, the Crown Perfumery Company established in 1872, is the only house ever to have been granted permission to use Queen Victoria’s crown on its bottles. In 1999, Clive Christian launched the Original Collection, Pairs, including 1872, X and No.1. This was followed in 2010 by the Private Collection. The Noble Collection, whose first pair launched in 2016, celebrates eras of architectural and horticultural prominence and style, according to Bartaula.

The Clive Christian perfumes are sold by the world’s most prestigious retailers, including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Net-A-Porter, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Tsum, La Rinascente, and INA Center in Nepal.
In business for more than 20 years now, Ina Center has stores at New Road, Durbar Marg, and Civil Mall, Sundhara. The perfumes can also be purchased online at the company’s portal - www.inanepal.com.np
