As the world moves towards a post-pandemic era, managers must determine the most suitable approach for their teams as they transition back to in-person work. The role of HR departments in this process is also pivotal, as they can provide guidance and resources to support managers in their decision-making, rather than dictating specific actions. Ultimately, those managers who exhibit an unwavering commitment to leading change, and exhibit a flexible and adaptive leadership style, will be the ones who succeed in this rapidly evolving business landscape.
