September 2: QFX Cinema has collaborated with Khalti digital wallet to facilitate its customers in making digital payment for cinema tickets.

The two organisations signed an agreement to this effect for a period of three years.

As per the agreement, customers of QFX Cinema can now purchase QFX movie tickets within 50 seconds through QFX App/Web as well as Pocket App. The company informed that this facility will also be available to the customers of Khalti. In addition, this feature will be available especially in the digital wallet app.

Previously, QFX movie ticket purchase could be done only by logging in to QFX's website or through QFX's app. Now QFX customers and Khalti users can directly purchase movie tickets through the Khalti app. Also, the company says that one can buy tickets from QFX's app/web and pay with Khalti. The agreement has been implemented since August 17.
