India Pledges to Provide Covid-19 Vaccine to Nepal

November 27: India has once again reiterated its pledge to provide health equipment and medical kits as well as vaccine against Covid-19 to Nepal.

India’s Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla made such remarks during his two-day visit to Nepal. During his meeting with Foreign Minister Pradeep Gyawali, Shringla said that India would definitely provide Covid-19 vaccine after gets available in India.

He said that Nepal-India relations is related to our common culture and civilization and therefore the relation between the two countries will not deteriorate under any circumstances.

Shringla handed over 2000 viles of remdisivir medicine to Foreign Minister Gyawaly on behalf of the Government of India.

Shringla will wrap up his two-day official visit to Nepal and return to India later today (November 27).
