Alpine to distribute 14.5% Bonus Share

January 15: Alpine Development Bank is distributing 14.50 per cent bonus share. The 9^th annual general meeting of the bank held at Hetauda on January 13 approved a proposal of distributing the dividend. Mohana Lohani, Chairman of the bank presented the annual report of the bank. The AGM unanimously selected Mohana Lohani, Navraj Raut and Sudarshan Prasad Adhikari as the members of its BOD. The BOD meeting held after the AGM selected Sudarshan Prasad Adhikari as the Chairman of the BOD.
