Israeli Ambassador Shmulik Arie Bass visited the Faculty of Agriculture at Far Western University in Tikapur on Sunday, March 15, to lay the foundation stone for a memorial park honoring the 11 Nepali students killed in the October 7, 2023 Hamas terrorist attack in Israel.

The memorial park will honour the students’ hard work, dedication, and aspirations, and stands as a tribute to their memory and the strong people-to-people connection between Nepal and Israel, the Israeli embassy said in a statement Monday.
