Siddhant Raj Pandey has stepped down as an independent director of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited. His resignation took effect on Thursday, January 1, 2026, the bank said.
In a letter dated January 2 and addressed to Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, the bank said Pandey “has submitted his resignation from the Board, and the same has been accepted by the Board with effect from January 1, 2026.”
The bank did not disclose the reasons for his departure.
