Tulsi Ram Agrawal has resigned as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of NIC Asia Bank Limited.
In a letter to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) dated Sunday, December 21, the bank said its board accepted Agrawal’s resignation at a meeting held the same day.
According to the letter, Agrawal stepped down citing personal reasons.
The bank has not yet disclosed details regarding the appointment of a new chairperson or the process for selecting future leadership.
