The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) will hold its 12th Global Conference and General Convention in Kathmandu from February 23 to 25.
The decision was taken during a steering committee meeting on Sunday, December 14, following the recent unification of various NRNA factions.
In a joint statement, NRNA General Secretaries Gauri Raj Joshi and BR Lama said the steering committee finalised the dates and outlined steps to strengthen the association’s cohesion.
A five-member ‘NCC Unity Facilitation Committee’ has been formed under the coordination of Gangadhar Gautam to finalise the unification. Tika Gurung has been appointed as Joint Coordinator, while Shani Oli, Narayan Kafle, and Chiranjivi Khadka serve as members.
The association plans to hold regional-level interactions and dialogues to promote the message of NRNA unity among Nepalis worldwide.
