Kathmandu College of Management (KCM) has forged an academic partnership with the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association, one of the leading bodies in the alternative investment industry.
The collaboration is expected to enhance investment studies in Nepal by providing KCM’s BBA in Investment and Finance students and faculty access to CAIA’s global resources, research, thought leadership, and ethical frameworks. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application in the financial sector.
Alternative investment spans a wide range of areas, including real assets, hedge funds, private equity, and structured products.
“This partnership enables us to raise the standard of financial education in Nepal by incorporating alternative investments into the curriculum and connecting our community to international standards and networks,” said KCM Principal Bishnu Raj Adhikari.
