Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is all set to begin direct flights between Kathmandu and Guangzhou, China, from coming Thursday, September 25.
NAC Executive Chairman Yubaraj Adhikari said all technical preparations are complete for the inaugural Kathmandu–Guangzhou–Kathmandu flights, the first of its kind for the national flag carrier. The first flight is scheduled for September 25, followed by a second on September 28. From then on, NAC will operate three weekly flights—every Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday.
The airline has set the one-way fare from Kathmandu to Guangzhou at Rs 30,000 and the round-trip fare at Rs 50,000.
