March 24: Annual General Meeting of Kathmandu Finance Limited (KFL) and Gurkha Development Bank Limited (GDBNL) has endorsed the merger proposal.
The merged entity of KFL and GDBNL is named Gurkhas Finance Limited and will be starting its integrated business from Chaitra 28.
