Professional Diyalo Bikas Bank Limited Starts Operation

As the final approval of merger from Nepal Rastra Bank and Company Registrar’s Office has been received, Professional Bikas Bank Limited (PBBL) and Diyalo Bikas Bank Limited (DBBL) are going to operate jointly in the name of “Professional Diyalo Bikas Bank Limited” from July 9. The registered office of the merged entity will be at DBBL’s registered office situated at Banepa-8.
