New Share Certificate To BoAN Shareholders

Newly merged NIC Asia Bank is distributing new share certificate of NIC Asia Bank to the shareholders of earlier Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN). The shareholder are getting shares in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. the shareholder holding two shares of BoAN will get the one new share certificate of NIC Asia Bank Ltd. The new certificates are being distributed from July 2 onwards from Civil Capital Market Ltd.
