Dr Bhola Thapa has been appointed as registrar of the Kathmandu University (KU) on June 16. Earlier, the registrar and exam controller of KU had resigned from the posts on June 13. Exam controller, Pushpa Raj Adhikari and Registrar Prof Dr Bhadra Man Tuladhar were forced to quit because of political cause, claims a source.
