NIDC Proposes ‘Infrastructure Development’ Bank

On the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of NIDC Development Bank Ltd, Finance Minister Shankar Prasad Koirala stated the management is willing to change the bank into an infrastructure development bank. He has requested to bring out with the proper proposal for the change of the bank’s structure.

 

Similarly, the chairman of the board of bank Khumraj Punjali argued that NIDC is capable to change into an infrastructure development bank. He added that the bank is doing the necessary homework for this purpose. Meanwhile, general manager of the bank, Shivaji Rai Yadav said that the bank has always made an effort for industrialization of the country. And at the current scenario, the bank is devoted on making the economy stronger.
