After completing six-day visit to India, Nepali Congress (NC) leader Sher Bahadur Deuba returned to the home on Friday. Deuba claimed his visit to the southern neighbour to be fruitful. Talking to the reporters upon his arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, Deuba said that India wished for successful conduction of the Constituent Assembly (CA) elections and drafting of a new constitution. ‘’India wants peace, constitution and stability in Nepal,’’ he said. Deuba said he urged India to extend logistical support for elections and also the assistance for the construction of fast-track road to connect Kathmandu to Tarai and bridge over the Karnali river. Deuba was accompanied by spouse Arju Deuba and NC leader Bimalendra Nidhi.
