The prices of gold and silver dropped in the domestic market on Monday, October 7.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association reduced the price of gold by Rs 500 per tola (11.66 grams) for the day compared to the previous day.
With the decline, fine gold is being traded at Rs 160,500 per tola. Last Friday, it broke the domestic record last week after reaching Rs 161,300 per tola.
Similarly, silver price dropped by Rs 5 per tola to settle at Rs 1,980 per tola.
