Airbus said Thursday it had received an order of 90 planes from Avolon, an aircraft leasing firm based in Ireland.
The order for 15 widebody long-haul A330neo aircraft and 75 narrowbody medium-haul A321neo aircraft foresees the planes being delivered through 2033.
It also includes options to purchase an additional 25 A321neo and another 15 A330neo aircraft.
"This order demonstrates our strong confidence in the long-term demand for new aircraft," Avolon's chief executive Andy Cronin said in a statement.
The deal takes to 413 the number of aircraft Avolon has ordered from Airbus.
Airbus has published a price list since 2018, but according to that the order could have been worth more than 14 billion euros ($16 billion).
Airlines and leasing firms generally negotiate considerable discounts when placing large orders from Airbus and Boeing, but prices in the eurozone have risen by around a quarter since 2018.
