KEY RESPONSIBILITY

The Marketing- Head of Department is responsible to plan, develop, direct and implement marketing strategies that are in align with organizational strategies in order to ensure the effective functioning of marketing department of the organization . She/He is accountable for approving marketing plans. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAITS:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising, PR & execution plans for existing products.

  • Plan and implement sales, customer retention and development strategies. 

  • Formulate marketing policies as a board member.

  • Seek & provide training opportunities to staff of marketing department according to company procedure, policy and employment law.

  • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing department.

  • Select & manage external department.

  • Liase and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

OTHER SPECIFICATION

  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of the large team of diverse creative employees.

  • Experience in managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors.

  • Should have strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

  • Experience working in a flexible employee work environment.

  • Should have excellent interpersonal, persuading, diplomatic, coaching, negotiating and communications skills.
