‘‘Nepal is a virgin land for investment. Now it’s time for Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) to invest in their motherland.’’

‘‘NRNs have been investing in Nepal despite the political instability. If the administrative hassles at various government agencies are removed and if there is political stability, then many NRNs are ready to invest in their motherland.’’

Krishha Hari Baskota, Former Finance Secretary and Coordinator of the Administration Reforms Implementation and Monitoring Committee. Baskota has suggested that such government offices should be  run in two shifts  - one form 7:30 am to 1:30 PM and the other from 1:30 pm to 7:30 PM.
