December 6: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank started operation of a new branch at Byas Municipality-3 of Damauli on Wednesday, December 5. Byas Municipality’s Mayor Baikuntha Neupane and the bank’s CEO Krishna Raj Lamichhane jointly inaugurated the branch.

On the occasion, Neupane urged the bank to invest in productive sectors with primary focus on industries, tourism, education and social sector. He also added that the branch will ease the transaction of the locals and the entrepreneurs in the area.

With this, the bank has 85 branches and 35 ATM counters across the country.
