Two Cricketers Held on Charge of Match Fixing   

January 24: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police on Monday arrested cricketers Mahabub Alam and Mohammad Adil Ansari on charge of spot fixing and match fixing in the recently held T-20 League in Nepal.    
A CIB source said that one of them was held from Biratnangar and the other from Rajbiraj and were brought to Kathmandu. The T-20 league was held in the Kathmandu valley last month.    
The CIB had carried out investigations on match fixing and spot fixing during the league.    
A police officer at the CIB told RSS that the team has completed investigation and will share the details by organizing a news conference on Tuesday. -- RSS
