May 9: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the secondary market of securities, will now continue its transactions on Fridays as well from May 15. Till date, the transactions of securities in the secondary market are done between Sunday to Thursday.
After the announcement of the government to give holidays on Saturday and Sunday, NEPSE made arrangements to continue with share transactions on Fridays as well in order to prevent a reduction in the number of transactions of securities in the secondary market.
