December 22: IME Life Insurance Company organized its annual ‘Business Excellence Awards, 2021’ in Kathmandu. The slogan for the program this year was “Hand in Hand for an Excellent Future”.

During the award, the insurance company honoured the best agents and agencies for performing excellent work in the fiscal year 2077/78. A total of eight agency managers, 32 agents qualified for MDRT and  agents selected from different categories from among 24,500 agents were honored during the awards ceremony, according to the company.

The company informed that more than 300 agents were present during the program. At the event, Manisha Koirala, the brand ambassador of the company, commented that such programs aid in motivating agents to perform actively in this sector.

The program was organized with the goal of enhancing the capacity of agents, motivating them, and encouraging the agents.
