Passenger Help Desk Set Up at New Bus Park

September 24: A 'Passenger Help Desk' has been set up at the new bus park situated at Gongabu, Kathmandu. With the objective of facilitating passengers for the upcoming festivals, the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division and Lhotse Multipurpose Pvt Ltd jointly set up the  'Passenger Help Desk'.

Engineer Deepak Kunwar, chairman of Lhotse Multipurpose Pvt Ltd, inaugurated the 'Passenger Help Desk' which started operation from Thursday, September 23. Speaking on the occasion, he said that since the new bus park is connected to all the provinces of the country, and the setting up of the ‘Passenger Help Desk’ would create an environment for passengers to travel comfortably, without the threat of theft and fraud.

Spokesperson of the MTPD, Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Sharma said that they would help in resolving any problem related to tickets for the festivals.
