Chinese Automobile Brand Cherry Enters Nepali Market Officially

August 13: Chinese automobile brand Cherry has officially entered the Nepali market.

The company signed an agreement with SPG Automobiles as its official distributor at a virtual signing event held on August 12.

Cherry has been China's largest passenger vehicle exporter since 2003. The company believes that the entry of this brand in Nepal will have a positive impact on the Nepal’s automobile industry.

Chairman of Cherry International, HE Xiaoqing, said that the cooperation between the two sides would help in the development of the Nepali automobile sector. Following Nepal's long-term trade strategy, Cherry plans to create a competitive environment through new products and address market demand, as per the chairman.
