New Ncell Centre at TIA

November 26: Ncell Axiata Limited has started providing service from its newly opened Ncell Centre at the arrival section of Tribhuvan International Airport.

According to the company, the new centre has taken all safety measures for operation as per the government-mandated health and safety guidelines during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The new centre provides multiple customer services from a single touch-point giving customers a world-class customer service experience, Ncel said in a statement on Thursday (November 26).

“Customers visiting the centre can acquire all services, ranging from the general inquiry on products and services to SIM subscription to internet setting to various enterprise services,” the statement added.

Ncell further said that the center also supports in the upgrading of SIM cards to 4G, change of SIM and mobile number, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge, and transfer, among many other services.

“Ncell believes that this new service outlet brought into operation in line with its endeavour to provide world-class quality service to valued customers will add a great value to travelers/customers landing in Kathmandu from abroad.”

The centre provides customer service from 9 am to 5:30 pm, seven days a week.

Ncell said it operates 32 Ncell centers across the country as a part of the company’s effort to reach out to the customers and cater to their needs locally for enhancing the customer experience.
