September 18: The government has prepared the work procedure to avail loan at 5 percent interest to the industries affected by coronavirus.

Finance ministry will submit the work procedure to the next cabinet meeting for the mobilization of a relief fund of Rs 50 billion from which the concessional loan will be provided.  

Nepal Rastra Bank had prepared the work procedure and submitted it to the finance ministry. The ministry will be presenting it to the Council of Ministers, informed officials.

Joint secretary at the finance ministry Jhak Prasad Acharya informed that they have completed all preparations to present the work procedure during the next cabinet meeting.

According to NRB Spokesperson Dr Gunakar Bhatta, the work procedure has been prepared in line with the announcement made in the annual budget and the monetary policy for the current fiscal year.
