April 1: The Nepal Oil Corporation has slashed the price of diesel, petrol and kerosene by Rs 10 per litre each effectively from Wednesday midnight, the state-run national news agency RSS reported.    
However, the price of cooking gas remains unchanged, said NOC's spokesperson Binit Mani Upadhyaya. The price decrement follows price fall of petroleum products in the international market, RSS reported citing NOC officials.    
As per the new price adjustment, diesel and kerosene will be sold for Rs 85 per litre and petrol for Rs 96. Likewise, the price of aviation turbine fuel for domestic flights has been decreased by Rs 15 per litre to Rs 75.    
The price of aviation turbine fuel for international flights is adjusted to USD 0.95 per litre, said Upadhyaya.
