December 3: Nabil Bank has announced the launch of “Nabil Customer Care Center” a contact center of the bank aimed for delivering service excellence to its customers.
The bank said in a statement that the customer care center shall provide 24×7 service to its customers 365 days a year.
“This shall be the bank’s new delivery channel that will provide single touch point to its customer. The contact center of the bank shall be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to offer high quality service and convenience to our customers,” the statement said.
According to the bank, the customer care center will handle both inbound and outbound calls and act as a pan Nepal customer care center.
Anil Keshary Shah, chief executive officer of the bank, said, “This new delivery channel of the bank is a step forward for delivering service excellence to our customers. Delivering superior service is the prime focus area of Nabil Bank and the customer care center will enhance the bank’s ability to provide 24×7 service support and improve customer experience."
Nabil Bank has been providing its service through 92 branches and 142 ATMs across the country.
