Radisson Hosting Russian Food Festival from Today

March 3: Hotel Radisson has collaborated with Russian Centre of Science and Culture and the Embassy of Russia in Kathmandu to host the “Russian Kitchen Days 2020: A celebration of Russian Cuisine” food festival.

The food festival is scheduled to start from 3 March and will continue until March 12.

Hotel Radisson in a statement confirmed about the collaboration with the Russian Centre of Science and Culture and the embassy for organizing the food festival.

“We have celebrity chef Andrei Zanin and his assistant Maksim Vovna who will be making delicious traditional Russian dishes,” the hotel said in the statement.

The statement further said that the professional Russian dancers “Yunost” will be performing Russian traditional folk dance during the food festival. 

The organizers are also planning to hold two master cooking classes for Nepali chefs and general individuals willing to learn Russian recipes.

The event will offer the perfect opportunity for all to experience the very best of Russia’s unique music, delicious cuisine and art, allowing everyone to soak into Russian rich history.

This event has been organized to support the “Visit Nepal 2020” campaign, the hotel informed.

Russian Centre of Science and Culture and Radisson Hotel Kathmandu are hopeful that this initiative will increase the flow of Russian tourists to Nepal in the days to come.

The food festival will be held at the Fun Café in Hotel Radisson and tickets are available for Rs 1999. The privilege club members can avail the tickets at Rs 1799 exclusive of taxes per person.
