February 26: Nepal Telecom has appointed former captain of Nepal’s national cricket team, Paras Khadka, as its brand ambassador.
Nepal Telecom’s Managing Director Dilliram Adhikari and Paras Khadka signed an agreement to this effect amid a programme organized at the head office of the telecom company in Kathmandu on Tuesday (February 25).
Speaking on the occasion, Adhikari said the collaboration between the rapidly-expanding Nepal Telecom and the charismatic Khadka, who is famous for his “fast bowling”, would bring great results.
The newly appointed brand ambassador Khadka expressed his delight for being appointed brand ambassador of the biggest telecom service provider of the country, Nepal Telecom said in a statement.
“It is a great honour to be associated with Nepal Telecom,” said Khadka.
The contract has been signed for a one-year period with possibility of extension of the contract.
Khadka will be involved in various promotional activities of the state-owned telecommunication company during the contract period.
