CareerPrep Fellowship Organises My Skills My Future Symposium

November 11: CareerPrep Fellowship, a preparatory school for future professionals to analyse job market, organised the fifth edition of My Skill My Future Symposium on Friday.

Speaking at the programme, speakers representing different business houses underscored the importance of self-learning and self-confidence to grow in one’s career.

Shweta Bagla, head of Growth Department at OYO Nepal, shared her experience and professional knowledge stressing the need of being updated about contemporary issues. Besides, she shared the importance of respecting opposing views in one’s profession.

CEO of Nabil Bank Anil Keshary Shah reminded the students attending in the event about the importance of self-learning even after their graduation. He emphasized on learning from one’s weakness.

Riken Maharjan, CEO of RB Diamond Jewellers underscored the importance of listening to others and understanding about other organizations as well. Likewise, Pramod Poudel, academic director at Sunway International Business School stressed on proper communication to convey one’s idea to others in professional career.

Students from different educational institutions including Softwarica College, King’s College etc had participated in the programme supported by OYO, Pathao, iflix, RB Diamond Jeweller, Prabhu Bank among others.

CareerPep Fellowship has been organizing the programme since 2017 in every four months.
