The company said in a statement that Tadikonda oversees MetLife’s businesses in the high-growth markets in Asia, like Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, and new market entry.

“MetLife Nepal has done tremendous work as a pioneer in the insurance industry in this market, bringing a number of first-in-market solutions and digital innovations. It is wonderful to be here to meet our dedicated associates and discuss how we can continue to meet the evolving needs of Nepalese consumers by driving many best-practice initiatives in Nepal and across our strategic growth markets,” said Tadikonda.

Tadikonda is scheduled to visit various MetLife offices across Nepal until May 23.
