Nepal Medicity Hospital gets International Recognition

March 29: Nepal Medicity Hospital has been recognized by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitality and Health Care Providers(NABH) for meeting the international standard inhealth service. CEO of NABH, Harish Nadkarni, handed over the certificate to Upendra Mahato, chairman of Nepal Mediciti in the presence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli amid a recent function.

Nepal Mediciti organized an event at Soaltee Crown Plaza, Kathmandu to commemorate the handover ceremony of the certificate of NABH accreditation granted to the hospital for its quality service in healthcare sector. 

According to the hospital, PM Oli was the chief guest of the ceremony where he shared his confidence in building Nepal has an international medical hub given the favorable weather and landscape.

He also stressed the need for govt hospitals to collaborate with private hospitals to provide quality health services for all.

The hospital said in a statement that PM Oli lauded Mediciti saying that it has established a benchmark in quality care with this accreditation for the first time in Nepal.
