Kenichi Yokoyama is Nepal Country Director for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), a Manila-based multilateral development finance institution dedicated to alleviating poverty in Asia and the Pacific. Yokoyama was serving as the principal water resources specialist at ADB´s South Asia department before he assumed current responsibilities on March 26, 2012.
