Masashi Ogawa, Ambassador of Japan to Nepal and Dr. Shanta Raj Subedi, Secretary, Ministry of Finance, on behalf of their respective Governments signed Exchange of Notes (E/N) for the Project for Improvement of Water Supply in Pokhara amidst a function at the Ministry of Finance in Singhadurbar, Kathmandu on February 16.
